well there's this new ICO coming up on  neo called SPOTCOIN, iv'e been researching it for the last 2 weeks  and the team behind it is outstanding and really professional. They are trying to create a crypto to fiat exchange both OTC and online, indeed they already have an working OTC exchange that did over $10 million in 2017. Anyone that been in crypto for a decent amount of time knows how critical and important a fiat to crypto exchange is and the massive potential that it has.
I mean a lot of crypto critics argue that a lot of the crypto to crypto volumes are manipulated and crypo does in my opinion suffer from a massive lack of liquidity which anyone who's tried to actually convert into fiat would agree with, so Spotcoin to me just has immense potential

Furthermore the fact that its on NEO is a massive plus point, NEO generally requires a much larger investment in creating a token (roughly 500 gas or about 12k-18k as opposed to less than 100$ on ether,) and apart from the money its also much more difficult. if you Also were to track the performance than most NEO iCOS have done very well over the last few months. SPOT is definitely a top pick from me.

When it comes to ICOs, as a general rule, I prefer investing in NEO based projects.
To begin with, it costs 500 gas, which is roughly 15-20k, to launch a token on NEO. This acts as a filter where only legit, good quality projects can see their token become a reality. NEO ICOs have also had a much better track record as compared to their Ethereum-based counterparts.
One project I've had my eyes on is Spotcoin.
The team behind it is great - they regularly post updates and very helpful on telegram, not to mention have a good deal of experience.
Their goal is to create a crypto to fiat exchange both OTC and online. Their philosophy is basically "Simple Liquidity" and with their project they aim to do just that, provide easy liquidity and solve a huge liquidity problem in the crypto space.
There are a couple of other NEO-based ICOs I've had my eyes on... but Spotcoin is definitely looks to be one of the more promising ones.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

for all my activity in the Crypto currency, I participated several times in projects that had to do with computer and gambling. In any case, for two and a half years I have not met a really promising project that would have an explosive character of development and growth of its coins.
