Diversifying like that is not wise, you should diversify at most to 10 coins. The more you diversify, the less profit you are probably going to make.

Dude, even 10 coins is more than enough for diversification. I can’t even find that much potential coins at the time being. Let me just try to compile this list. Bitcoin at the top, then comes Ethereum and some others like neo, waves, Litecoin, Ethereum classic, ripple, Monero.

Well, I still lack two to ten. Maybe Omise go and lisk can be given a thought here but I also think that there is no need to have this much collection.

I was expecting something more valuable. I mean there must be one, at least one potential coin in the list. I am still want to figure out why Bitcoin, Ethereum, Neo, Waves, Litecoin, and Ethereum classic all were ignored. Also there is no need to have these many coins. I am a big supporter of diversification but kicking Out All the potential crypto coins is not a very smart move.

You have this all? Some of your holding is not quite familiar to me but others will be huge this year, so better to research some of your coins.

Wow, its great all tokens you have. On my opinion, I would much better to hold it and you should always updated time to time in order to know the value which is good as tradable and can have a good profit. Likewise, you need to research some of tokens you have to know the development of their ICO which you need to be part of their telegram channel so you may know the status. Lastly,  be patience enough because I believe this year will be the best year for altcoins.

There are many useless coins in this list. You should consider your list and hold lot less risky small coins cause 1. those coins will stall unless something superb happens 2. you won't catch better investments in nice projects.

I am contributing capital with my nephew. In our hands are holding some pennies. But their prices are declining and unprofitable. I hope this price will increase through Lunar New Year. I believe there will be good news from the bitcoin in the new year.

I would remove half of those. Many are project duplicates as well. You will probably have more stable price movements but the more coins you buy the more you are just averaging the market.  At most I would have 20, closer to 10 preferred.

There are lots of bad coins on that list.  I hold 35 coins and we only have 2 coins in common (pivx and xspec).  There are a few there I won't mind owning though like nav, phr, cloak...

The only problem is that you state that you are going to hold those coin for a few years, some of those coins are not going to last a year and much less several years, you need to divide your portfolio in coins you are going to hold not matter what, coins you will hold for a year and coins you are ready to dump at any minute in the case something goes wrong.

Much better is to hold bitcoin and few famous altcoins like Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, ripple, neo, waves or Ethereum classic. Diversification is definitely better than holding on just one crypto coin but collecting the low potential coins would not also do any good.

If you ask me, this time is best suited for spending in bitcoin because it is about to boost up soon. Bitcoin is the best when it comes to giving profits.

The current cryptos you are investing in are not potential, instead of spending in spreading so many cryptos, my point is that you should only invest in the cryptos of the top 10 cryptocurrencies markets to avoid risk. Predictions for 2018 will be a boom year for altcoins.
