Dear all,

For sure, this is the perfect moment in year to invest in crypto.

1. the price is down so with 100$ USD you can buy more units.
2. you shroud focus on maximum 4-5 currencies.
3. don t panic when the price is going down for one of them. (if you sell you clear increase the lose)
4. tell to all your friends about your currencies. (don't keep only for you as profit potential)
5. don' t invest in dirty coins!

This is what i did in Jan 2017. I invested 100 USD now I have 1900 USD.

Personally I sold all the currency on 27 Dec to USD and yesterday i bought again the same currencies but times more units because the prices are lowest possible in year.

PS: this things, with country x banned the crypto currency, or exchanges or regulations are part of the phenomen and this will result in a more notoriety of crypto markets! (they can't stop at all this phenomen, they know this).

It is possible also this year. But you have to choose the perfect coins!
In my case I want only to have multiply with 4-5 times. not more than.

The main thing for 2018 will be to invest into coins which make any sense to use. There is so many coins which are created "just because why we can't have a public toilet token, it will save the world, right?". Prior to buying coins and tokens, one should check the team, advantages against current "fiat-competition" and business plan. There are a few gems out there which have a great chance to survive. With this approach, you are more likely to profit. Choosing only because of name and Telegram group size is pure gambling. You may be lucky .. or not.

Even now investing in cryptocurrencies is very risky, we can't predict the dip. Besides that most people don't have fiat, they have to sell coins for it.

I agree that past few days when the value going down we should investing more, because I'm sure the value will keep going up in near future.
Today the value of most altcoins are starting to increase again.

good points specially the second one. i always tell people to stick to only a small number of coins and unfortunately i keep seeing people with long lists of coins they have invested in for some weird reason! i have actually seen someone who held about 50 different coins and tokens and was waiting to become rich but in reality he was losing more money that one normally does.

about your #4 i have to say i don't like telling others what i have invested in, specially friends who have no idea what cryptocurrencies or investment is! sure if someone is already familiar with the market, tell them but not if they are not.

I agree with the thread poster, it is a really good correction and market seems to have found support and expectations are high that we will see the new rising wave in coming weeks.

the idea of #4 was: more people should be involved in this phenomen. Theirs new money put "in" are called at the end higher "MARKET CAP".

Generally people started to buy crypto after lots of discussions they had with other fiends related increase potential and of course after they sow the BTC trend starting with May 2017.

your advice is very good, but unfortunately I am late to sell my assets in December last year. maybe i will do your suggestion number 4, rather than investing in a scam project like bitconnect

I have a lot of 17 different potential coin when market was fully up I sold out my all coin & now market go to the falling down again I bought some effective coin.Now anyone can buy some good coin with low rate waves,decent,minex coin,lisk,sia coin & ripple etc.

Yeah I think this is a good moments to rebuy some stuff. Nobody kows if this is the perfect moment but that is osmething that nobody knows. If you have some time ( I guess you have because you holded a long time in 2017) you will make some nice profits in 2018 with holding!

I think this the best time to inverse in bitcoin,if you inverse now,you will get huge dollars in return.As you said you got 1900$ from 100$,this time you inverse means you will get same profits. Even the price of altcoin also reduced, so you can try of altcoin too.This is the golden opportunity to inverse in both bitcoin and altcoin.

I like your shopping plan very much and what you wrote about the phenomenon that can not be stopped. 

But is this the best time for shopping? Personally, I think that this is not the end of price drops, so if you have not spent all fiat, I think you should wait a little longer.

Perfect moment?  That is a very speculative question to ask...because you will never know the perfect time to buy or sell anything, this realm included.  Hindsight is always 20/20, and the shouldve and couldves are infinite.  Of course some simple rules of thumb can help you decide if this is a good time to buy or not.  Generally buy in the dip...when others are selling, panicking...that is when you will get your best prices...and never ever buy on the high.

I hope you are right, because so far some people lost a lot of money and might feel very depressed and it's all because of the news, since nothing bad actually happened to coins.

And how do you choose coins? One of the rules you stated in the first post was about telling people which coins you had. Could you tell us then? And it would also make your post much more valuable if you had some proofs of your words.

But a dream is not a sufficient source of information  . I don't understand why is the price so low when lots of people are saying that now's a good time to buy. If now is good then why don't they buy? Bitcoin has been down for almost a month now.
