You shouldn't create the fixed amount of currency. You must create & sell new coins or buy & destroy a part of existent coins only when it will be required by economy, to maintain the balance between supply and demand (i.e. act like any Central Bank). That's why your model is broken by design and doomed to fail. The real fiat currency should provide runtime money emission/destruction control. Otherwise it is nothing more than another fork with strange parameters.

P.S. Looks like someone should be forced to buy textbooks.

This.

Why not? Fiat cryptocurrency with the centralized emission is possible. But this project can't be qualified as the currency, because it has no authority as the replacement for removed emission model. It has no heart.

If you want to hold deposits, it's fine for me.
Of course you need to give it back to me, if there is no more market, where I can trade it, with value of the 1 usd.
So, at least I need to know who you are. My company and owners are not hidden, as you see on the topic.

Actually I think/hope holders will be exchange providers or shareholders group or other well trusted.
If you have good idea, I'm open for that.

How about, can you see any good point for stable crypto currency?

It's not a currency or cryptocurrency. And of course, this "currency" can't be stable by design.

I undestand you point, but think about that.
If you buy one cD witht the price of the 1 usd. (just think about it).
If there is place where you can any time get 1 usd with your cD coin, You dont sell it 1 usd on the exchange market, right?
... How come cD is not stable?

If you buy one cD with the price of the 1 usd. (just think about it).
If there is place where you can any time get 1 usd with your cD coin, You dont sell it under 1 usd on the exchange market, right?
... How come cD is not stable?

how does this qualify as a crypto if it's centralized and cannot be mined?

It is  crypto because it is crypto based. But stable as usd.
Like all unstable cryptos, real value is total zero.
Untill some one want to buy it..

cD value is 1usd, even if no one want to buy it.
Simply way, you can use it for exchange and buy/sell stuff knowing you will pay/get 1usd.

"Not released on the market" coins are holded in offline wallets and out of stock. Of course.

On the market there is no central for you cD coins.
Deposed us-dollars need to be somewhere. There can be as many "central place" and holders we want to accept. Not only one central.

Shareholders will collect small profit together. Not me.
But we can talk more about shareholders and profits, after we get over this first reaction Smiley

i wouldn't call usd stable given the economy

Just for note.
beta version main nodes will go down now.
If some one sharing nodes, it will be alive, but new version will not work with beta wallet.

Thank you for all of you, network is tested well, and we can compile secured version.
If there is any "hackers", I hope you will audit new version, please.
Just wait about few days.

It's great if we can get deposit accounts where cryptoDOLLAR shareholders can get interest rate.
Be noted, I will not keep deposits and profits by my self. I will offer cryptoDOLLAR shares (and profits) for every business partners.
