I downloaded without reading and tried to set up mining. Read the OP and realised that this not for mining.

Lets see how this goes.

"Each coin holding one US-dollar deposed in the bank or other USD based account/safe.
For that reason, cryptoDOLLAR exchange value is all the time equal with the US-dollar."

"Premine: 100%
Total minted: 2,000,000,000"

So you have 2,000,000,000 USD in your bank account to back that up?

Then the fact you are trying to make a centralised currency that would be no advantage over paypal etc.

The advantage would be no fees, and no 3rd party having control over your money and what transactions you can/can't perform.

But all crypto's have that advantage anyway.

Premine: 100%??

Quick question, how are you moving these coins around, with no miners, there, genius?
So, the value is never more than $1. So, this coin has no appeal to miners, or traders. Great job. Idiot

You shouldn't create the fixed amount of currency. You must create & sell new coins or buy & destroy a part of existent coins only when it will be required by economy, to maintain the balance between supply and demand (i.e. act like any Central Bank). That's why your model is broken by design and doomed to fail. The real fiat currency should provide runtime money emission/destruction control. Otherwise it is nothing more than another fork with strange parameters.

P.S. Looks like someone should be forced to buy textbooks.

Is this coin endorsed by Jayzis? I don't think he would want anything to do with this.

How could it be trusted?
How do you make your coins valuable that much?
Be realistic.

Well, no you can't. If you trade your alcoins to USD, you can't send it anywhere exept in your bank etc USD account.
Altcoins and btc are not stable. This is not problem with 0.01btc, but even in minutes you can loss hundreds if you transfer 10btc.
Of course, you may win too, but then it is trading, and if I sell something, I don't want to quess how much I will get.

Value will be created with the deposed US-dollar.
If you buy cryptoDOLLAR, it will cost 1 USD and that 1 US-dollar will deposed on safe and never used.
But if cryptomarket crash, or no one don't want to trade cD anymore, you will get that deposed dollar back. I think cryptoDOLLAR realistic value is then 1 usd.

There no need more than couple CPU miners online for transaction.

Yes, value is newer more than $1. Think a while, and you may see why it will be good for traders buyers and sellers..

Well, lets see. Traders buy coins, in hopes to trade them for more then they paid for them, for profit....

price evaluation takes atleast a day whereas you can transfer bitcoins in a like 10 minutes or so
