What if the IPO won't successful 8 days later ,what would you guys do?

Hi David,

It's in the original post. If we do not raise at least 8,000 BTC by the termination date, we will refund all deposits.

I mean , will you find another way to finish this project?

Yes.

This is so suspicious it is not even funny.

I have a feeling these investments are flawed, but if they're legit I have officially lost faith in the Bitcoin community.

Why did you even bother with an IPO if you were going to just take up the vast majority of ownership? Why not just seed the project privately?

Why the HELL would anyone do an open-IPO when 'a friend' is pre-subscribed for 8.000 BTC? This 'IPO' is so full of scam/strange.

Towtoad, assuming you aren't the alter ego of the OP, why would you provide nearly all of the capital to fund the project (8000BTC) for only 16% ownership? There must be more to the story, no?

I think some of the ideas presented in the offering are novel and I'm interested to see how might they affect player behavior, but even if I knew the parties involved personally I don't see any justification for the proposed valuation.

SD was the first one around and is a big name, I guess most of SD players even don't know other sites.
And SD is very easily accessible from blockchain.info.
Thats why even 'ScammerZhouTong' can't block the access of gambling in SD with his DDos. Oh hey, have you bribed him yet totoward

Quote
Total market value: 50,000 BTC

I'm sorry but a brand new user named Martin Gale asking for the equivalent of $7 Million dollars to launch a dice site? That's nearly the sales price of all of satoshidice. This has to be some sort of joke. I'm willing to wager that this is the just-dice whale that scammed and realized he couldn't open up a casino with his reputation so he spins it off and now is just trying to go for a quick cash grab, in fact I'm 100% sure of it. Otherwise this is just a late april fools joke.

To generate 7 million dollars of profit which is what you value the company at currently, you'd need to receive $700M worth of bets assuming a 1% edge. If half of all bitcoin users went all in your website you'd reach your worth.

This all goes without saying, why does a dice site need 50,000 BTC to operate? SD itself started with 65BTC. If you invest in this you deserve the consequences.

Valuation is a joke, owner has no reputation and this is surely a scam.
