Game updates:
- house edge is reduced to 1.9% - improved game mechanics: do multiple bets in one click - now you can set your own client seed - small bugs are fixed
Yeah, thanks for the huge house edge reduce, but can you further reduce it to 1%?

Yeah, thanks for the huge house edge reduce, but can you further reduce it to 1%? Or you could reduce it even further to 0.5% :-)

Yes. I've just noticed and locked another topic. Apparently it was moved from another thread by a moderator.

I've specially registered in bitcointalk to claim fairproof as a scam. I'v been playing fairproof for about a months, and won about 15 BTC during October. I've even made a couple successful withdrawal. Yesterday I've bet 1 BTC that the number would be bigger than 98 and the number was 99!!! I was extremely surprised. According to the site, I should get 98.1 BTC. But now I can not withdraw funds. After i press proceed button I get connection error message. But my game is even on the front page "5 big lucks": https://i.imgur.com/X2K2MwN.pngI've sent a message via feedback form but still have no response. Is there another successful winners, because there a lot of big wins everyday? Do you manage to withdraw your funds?

Hey FairProof, Please address my posts below. Has anyone sent coins to FairProof.com? I sent them some coins and they "vanished." I have emailed customer support several times and it takes them 1 to 3 days to get back to me. Their customer service is terrible.
I think they link your account to you IP address and drop a cookie in your browser. They also give you a link to use so you can access your account without logging in. I used the link they gave me but my account still has a zero balance. I send them the link but they are telling me that's the wrong link and the money is sitting in my account. So I guess the money is lost forever?
Is anyone else having issues?
So I've been dealing with customer service for over a week now and they seem useless. It appears as if they don't have a real customer service team. It's probably one of their employees who responds to customers when he has some free time. I am not saying FairProof.com or FairProof is a scam or a ponzi scheme, however I would be extremely weary of sending them any Bitcoins. They might vanish like mine did.

We didn't take your money. As you can see, your bitcoins are unspent, you can check it on bitcoinchain: https://blockchain.info/tx/d741691e71379900864ec41e50f287905a17ed211ddee6008c59cc6c0d47eeccIt looks like you've deleted your cookies or log out. Fairproof is anonymous game, where you log in automatically if you have enabled cookies. Unfortunately we can not give you link to the account with the same amount of bitcoins you have mentioned, because there is no proof that it's your money. Your issue is the first of the kind. No one had this problem before.

I am well versed in cookies. I did not remove the cookies from my browser. Would you have a problem returning the BTC to the address it was sent from? This would solve the issue.

No one had this problem before. You can't be that incompetent... if the guy made a deposit there is a trivial way to check he owns the address used, and why wouldn't that be enough proof for you to send his coins back ? I really hope I don't need to explain how to do that, because otherwise you shouldn't be touching bitcoin services.

So you are not going to work with me to resolve this issue? I guess the lesson here is that that if there is a glitch with FairProof.com you will not work with the depositor to help resolve the issue.

Scam is not a glitch, it is a feature embedded in this kind of operator. Anyone should've suspected of the so claimed "Have a look at top 5 big lucks for last 24 hours", do you have any doubt those are completely fake ? FairProof is a kind of bitcoin dice game. Website has no registration, user creates an account when visit website for the first time. Also he receives a unique url and bitcoin address to deposit funds for account. Account and url are connected with cookies, so if you'll switch off, delete cookies or use another browser, the system identifies you as a new user and provides new account with new url and new address to deposit bitcoins. Everything is described in terms of use. We had multiple tests and about 50-300 users per day and the system shown excellent results. There are no issues except jberman73's. According to logs and investigation of this issue, jberman73 created 2 different accounts, deposited the first one, but has url and related cookies for the second. It could caused by using another browser, or deleting cookies. The firs account contains the same amount of bitcoins, as he transferred. In turn, jberman denies everything and trying to blackmail, post scam messages on forums, send scam abuse to Hetzner - our web hoster. Hetzner has agreed to our arguments and didn't take any measures. As you can see, it's a user's issue and his fault that he transferred bitcoins to the wrong address or lost a url. We cannot divulge account and url that contains bitcoins to anyone, it's a matter of security. If the user will restore url, funds he deposited will wait for him. You can check the mentioned bitcoins wasn't spent. We have unwavering position: we do not disclose user data.
