We all know that bitcoin is a decentralised crypto currency and so there is no such proper authentic regulating body over the bitcoin who could eye over all the bitcoin activities so thus leading to its illegal use but after getting the fate and potential of bitcoin, there are very few countries who has legalised the bitcoin in their nation and after that they experienced a boost in the development of their nation and even increase in GDP like japan, South Korea, Florida but there are even assumptions that it will get legalised all over the world in the coming future.

BTC is constantly evolving with its ecosystem. There is a huge difference between accepting and legalizing. Bitcoin in my country has been used by some affiliate exchange centers or even some banks where we can buy or sell bitcoin and exchange our BTC with our money. Bitcoin is widely distributed in China, because it can be used to conceal the value of foreign, ignoring Chinese control over capital. The fact is that bitcoin can be used anonymously to carry out transactions between any account holder, anywhere and anytime around the globe, making it attractive to the criminal elements. The fact that Bitcoin is legal in the world will make the crypto market a new payment method widely used and bring a good start to the newborn market. We have more countries saying yes to bitcoin than people say no. Yesterday, we lost India with the enemy with the code to update your list to include India.

Ok first of all your information or statistics are inaccurate, and that's true that Bitcoin is facing much more problems about their legitness around the world but that is not stopping people from using it. I personally do not care what government job I can clearly see what Bitcoin is capable of and what is its potentials. Bitcoin can really change the world and it has already changed mine. I observed there are a lot of rules which are simply Hold and are not valid in today's generation they need improvement and our lives should be handled by a much more responsible person who actually wants to do the job.

As per your information, I just need to correct you as you mention India, as bitcoin country to get legitimacy. But still, the Indian government has not given a green single to cryptocurrency. They are working on it to make it legal or not.

This is not entirely correct. In Ukraine, bitcoin as a currency has not been officially recognized, and mining bitcoin is illegal. People get arrested for mining bitcoin and their equipment and all the machinery are taken away. The Central Bank does not recommend people to invest in bitcoin, as well as any other cryptocurrency, as it is not reliable, according to them.
Here, all the countries that have been spoken are collected from the net. And, you have to cancel the china word once and again once it is valid.

I think your information is inaccurate. You may want to check and do more research on the correct legal and illegal countries.

The United States has one of the best approaches as how to treat Bitcoin from a tax perspective. The government simply views the coins as property and you pay a capital gains tax (unless you live in Puerto Rico) when you sell them. You can still get jail time if you sell them in bulk as an unregulated money exchanger but most people wouldn't fall into that category.

More countries should take this simplistic view on how to tax/regulate Bitcoin and stop thinking of it as a currency.

 Grin
What is that? I think that considering bitcoin as an asset and starting to apply taxes to the owner is indeed a very good choice for a country, but in reality the owners don't want it, because basically bitcoin is money, so it must be used as a payment tool rather than storing media, if only categorized as assets, the function of bitcoin as a currency will disappear, and the era of the currency revolution will stop, and the world will remain controlled by the dollar as an international currency, and this is a monopoly currency system.

There is a basic principle in law: what isn't prohibited by law is legal. In other words, what is legal is not required by law, the law only needs to be clear which is prohibited, and vice versa is legal.
Therefore, according to this logic, bitcoin is in fact legal in most countries of the world, because there are not many countries that explicitly prohibit Bitcoin in the law.

You did not write everything where the bitcoin is legal, but it does not matter.
Some countries want to be prominent in these decisions, but I think they are going because bitcoin is not a scam but the fear in those countries where btc is illegal is understandable.

Yes we should have information where bitcoin is legal and where it is not, it will help us in trading. Besides, after looking at the list a lot of people on this forum will realize, that bitcoin is not banned everywhere, and it is still legal and accepted in numerous countries, so it will not lose its power.

Yes, you are right about that. Its true that Bitcoin is jot banned everywhere there are only a few country that banned it and there are few whom accept it. I think when you say Cryptocurrency some people will say it is not legal and there country but it is also not banned its neutral. Some Government banning Bitcoin because of they want to avoid to used it as a tool to some illegal activities inside their country and lets respect it

There are some countries that cant accept and adopt bitcoin , and its really hard to determine why. But maybe its because of their government. Maybe they cant accept that bitcoin can change the lives of their people than them. It means bitcoin is much useful than them. Rather than that , bitcoin can also give opportunities to people that government cant do. Well lets just hope someday they will realize the value of bitcoin and how it can help their life to be more successful.

I think that the situation in countries where Bitcoin is illegal will change for the better after a while. It is like in the Middle Ages - when those who carried enlightenment and progress, who said that the earth was round, "went against the state." Over time, all the others also came to realize, and then it became legal. The same can be observed with bitcoin.

I see my country who accept and support cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin. To all countries who accept bitcoin I hope you will support it until the end and to all countries who still not support cryptocurrencies I hope you will change your decision and you will also become part of massive adoption of cryptocurrencies.

Good information i knew from this comment. It is a matter of great regret that Bangladesh is one of the countries where Bitcoin is illegal and Bitcoin traders can be put into jail.
