 You should have confirmed first whether your winnings will stay if you are going to forfeit your bonus because I can see that there is a misunderstanding between you and the customer support.

Because I am pretty sure that you will just wait for your money to unlocked if you know that all your winnings will be forfeited also if you are going to  forfeit also your bonus. I don't know if you can still revert your decision and the support or the team behind the platform will honor to return your bonus and winnings.
