Sorry for the lame question but how can I post images on this site. They already need to be uploaded on the web right to use the html img but where can you upload them?

To peel or not to peel.

Upload your image to a hosting site, then embed by [img]url to image here[/img]

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

You can use photobucket, or tinypic, or if you have your own website, they can be uploaded there too.

I recommend https://minus.com/ (has https support) or http://imgur.com/. Neither of them require registration, or require a captcha when uploading. Plus both give direct links for full sized embedding.

Hey, that's much better; I've used photobucket for years, but never really liked it.

both of them are cancer, they tend to give error images (ice cube frog / image not found)

imgur is good.

Imgur has always been the best bet for me.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

No but that's something nice to add! I'll look at how to do that.

Or you can Google an image using keywords like some do, but I loathe such practice. For instance, when I Google the word lunch...

To view the URL of the image, hit the quote button of this post and see it between the img tags.

Navigate to the page where you would like to place your image on it and click the Edit page icon, which looks like a pencil."
From the Insert menu, select Image.
If the image is on your computer, click Upload images and navigate your computer to select the image. If you want to choose an image you found online, click Web address (URL) and enter the URL of the image in the box next to Image URL.
    Click OK.
If you choose, you can then make changes to the size or position of the image or wrap text around the image.
Continue making changes to your page or click Save to preserve all changes to the current page.

A popular one is Imgur. I'm unsure why. Maybe, it's the design. I find the design a little bit confusing. But, just search them up on google and you will find one that suits you.
