You just need to achieve the necessary qualifications of ranking up from your previous rank.
So now you are a newbie, just like me, so we have to achieve 30 posts/activities to move up to junior member.
An advantage there is we don’t need to earn merits to rank up to junior member, but when achieving a higher ranks,
We will be needing to earn merits. And hopefully we can post enough quality posts to earn plenty.

To become a Jr. Member you need to have at least 30 activity (not posts but activity) and then you need merits to update your profile to the further statuses. Take your time to read the forums guides on how this works.  Good luck!  how does a post differ from activity? |

I just started with bitcointalk suggested my colleague about this forum long back to learn more about cryptocurrency.
I gone through all rules to remain best for this forum without breaking the rules
I am newbie so in order get Junior member we need to get atleast 30 Activities i think its quite possible in 1 month with daily one constructive post.

Please don't post in your local language on the English boards. It is likely to cause you to be ignored by members who have sMerit to give away,and if you are ignored, it will restrict you ability to earn Merit.
It is also unwise to capitalise your post. It makes it much harder to speed read, and it will probably mean your post will be skipped over - again, no possibility of merit awards if this happens.

If you leave 2 or more messages in 24 hours, then you will still get 1 activation. Activites displays how many days you were active in the forum, the number of messages left on it is not affected. |

I think it's not a person who put your status or rank, my guess is it's the system, it computed and calculated the time when you log in an out, it does the counting on how many post you made and place the information on your profile based on your settings, same with a forum I know.

All u have to do is RESEARCH. Spend most of your time thru reading. Reading is your key to your many questions. You must do READING, by that you will explore your mind through out the bitcoin org.
