Excellent discussion, good review, I liked it. By the way, is it known how the Equi crowdfunding goes? Did they get hard cap?
Token sale is live now. The project is going ahead regardless so even without hard cap it will be successful! |

Token sale is live now. The project is going ahead regardless so even without hard cap it will be successful! They have enough money to continue their work and without hard cap. But still, it would be nice if they could achieve their maximum goal! Good luck! |

Yes there will be KYC, investors will have to provide sufficient KYC data or documentation which they input on our website as there is an integrated third-party specialist KYC software. |

Yes there will be KYC, investors will have to provide sufficient KYC data or documentation which they input on our website as there is an integrated third-party specialist KYC software. Equi will follow UK regulatory guidelines. Once developed, the platform itself will be considered an Unregulated Collective Investment Scheme (UCIS) as per UK statutory regulation and FCA guidance. |

There is a new trend that most ICO projects start the listing process on time probably before the main token sale comes to an end. Are there any plans that Equi management has initiated in this regard?

According to Baroness, they are already in early discussions with a number of exchanges, although nothing we can be announced yet. So let's be patient and hopefully at the end of the ICO, this listing would come faster.
