I hope it is not scam or a poorly done one. But I would advice the people here to do otherwise. I say HODL your altcoins because the green season has just begun. We will be seeing altcoins flying really high in a month or two from now. HODLing altcoins is much much better than investing in ICOs, especially those that have yet to prove anything.

I think that sort of thing is common, look at last year. At the beginning of last year almost all Altcoin prices went down and back up in the middle of the year and continue to rise in the end of the year, so such a thing is reasonable.

For me I will still hold my Altcoins today because the crypto market today is still bleeding out and almost all of the good altcoins out there are very much under valued so it is not a very good idea today to sell all your altcoins today, but if the time comes when all of your altcoins that you are holding today will be able to increase its market values then I would probably tell you not to hold you altcoins, sell as soon as possible all your altcoins as soon as they increase their market values and of course if you really think that you had already taken back your investment then that's the time for you to sell them all.

If we are talking about investing in similar ICO projects, then I absolutely agree with you. Now invest their funds in not completely tested and reliable ICO does not make much sense and it is best to buy already proven coins that will soon grow in value along with other coins. However, to participate in this campaign ICO as a participant in the campaign signature, I would not mind. It is a pity that no one dumped a direct link to the subscription campaign.

If you are carefully watching the market, then you can hold your altcoins. You should follow the projects of altcoins in your portfolio, watch for the news, then follow the news about BTC and big coins to take action. If you are holding without any precaution, then losing possibility significantly increases of course.
