It depends on how you see things mate. If you feel that it is the end of the line for you in the market, then the next best move is to actually get out of it and get your coins sold for profit, or at least, break even. However, if you have been following the market ever since and have seen the changes that happened to it, plus the movements that affected the value of its assets, including Bitcoin. If you still believe, then you would know that there are always room for it to improve and gain whatever value it lost back.

In my opinion BTC is too risky to hold. I would suggest to go into altcoins, they have more potential in my opinion.

I think everything in this market is going down right now. I do not know how long we will bleed for but there has to be a turnaround at some point as the technology behind Bitcoin isi being used for many applications. I do not think though that institutional investment in Bitcoin is going to help raise the price. Most big whales and traders are too busy shoring Bitcoin and Ethereum on bitfinex and it is much easier for them to short Bitcoin and make tons of money than to buy Bitcoin and hold. Same for the futures contracts, that stuffed up Bitcoin big time. No moons or lambos now for the small holders, we are all dead in the water now. It's just fodder for the big boys.

I used to be one of those who rooted for people to hold onto their coins and wait for the market to go back up in prices to go back up again but now I think that people should sell their coins to mitigate their losses at this point because it looks like we are heading for a downward spiral. If you choose to hold then you can hold but selling is not a bad idea

Really? It is hard to believe you. Cryptocurrency only have to start be popular, strong and needed, so I think bitcoin has a future and those brave people, who hold it now will have a big profit in future.
