As we all know, bitcoin price is currently falling. Is there any factor/cause of that?
This is not any factor But every year crypto market is down in First two months because some financial situation. This year many countries are banned in the cryptocurrency then again they fix some taxes and some countries are announced it is not suitable our country so they are not approving legally in cryptocurrency this also one of the issues in the market. Some hacking issues also affected in the market then lighting network is one of the reason. |

Only cause is the bad news we are hearing about it. Like when Indian announced it is going to ban Bitcoins, we saw decrease in price.

Another is the massive panic selling done by many investors. it hurts and hinders bitcoin's ability to bounce back and regain its losses.

This is not any factor But every year crypto market is down in First two months because some financial situation. There are many known and unknown factors acting simultaneously right now causing dump on market;
- fud around the world about different type of ban on crypto trading
- panic sellers selling for loss due to FOMO
- old investors who have bought near $1k taking out profit with hope to buy back cheap coins after more dump

I think only one, the factor causing the fall of bitcoin
ie media, almost 90% of news in the media, always preach negative about bitcoin, and it's like a stove.
makes everyone panicked, and weak hands will sell their coins, it also brings bad effects to bitcoin, causing bitcoin prices to fall

The only thing that comes in my mind during the downfall that means it is a sale we can buy bitcoin at a lower cost and we can keep it for a long term for a higher income. |

People just want fiat profit. They don't care about bitcoin.
The people who get in for profit might see their money go down the drain. They pull out again, and they will never invest in bitcoin ever again.
Leading to long consolidation periods.

One factor and probably the biggest factor of the downfall of the bitcoin's price is the NEWS spreading across the internet. The news that are spreading to the internet is a big factor especially if that news is a FUD. If they saw the negative news about bitcoin, they will panic and sell all of their bitcoins making the price to decrease. If good news is released then many will buy bitcoin again and the price of bitcoin will rise again. |

But at the end of the day, the only thing that people can agree on is no one actually knows what’s causing the price to go down.

One factor of the downfall is bitcoin's volatility, so there will always be a time when bitcoin's value increases and decreases. It's just fluctuating. Another factor of bitcoin's downfall are the people who sell due to panic from that "downfall." They sell their bitcoin for the reason that they get afraid that they will lose everything that they invested.

The main factor is the social media and all the fake news. Bad news travel faster than the positive ones so people see more bad and fake news than the real ones. This is what makes them sell

Its called FUD and that's the main factor of any downfall on cryptocurrency. I heard Whales are also the one who is/can control the price of BTC, but I find it hard to believe because there's no such proof of this. |
