They organized a "hackacthon" with MS Germany to "dive deeper into blockchain technology, smart contract coding and the integration of smart contracts into business processes." No idea where u got the Samsung, Siemens and Shell partnerships.
So yeah, thats that. I sure am not getting duped by these "partnerships" no more.

The initial start of the ICO 2 days ago was a proper shitshow to say the least. Website down for 2,5hours on a friday evening and none of the support/admins on telegram seemed to not have the slightest of idea what to do or even a contact to the real lead of this project, or the lead just wasn't there calling the shots. While this 2,5 hours the telegram channel was flooded with scammers posting links to fake medium articles which included scammers addresses for where to send the ETH. Some ETH was sent, but AFAIK fortunately not significant amounts. Eventually they decided to postpone the ICO start by 24hours.

Also kind of weird that the website is only in english or russian and every single support/PR answering questions seemed to be Russian. So is this really a German project or not?

Hello! You will receive your tokens straight after purchase into web wallet, but will be able to transfer them after the end of token sale.
