To be honest, I didn't check these coins, so I don't know if that are good projects, but for sure you have to HODL to new ATH! You will need a lot of patience, because your funds can be frozen even few months, but it is the best solution in such situation.

Yes, if it is a good project all you need to do is wait and hold. What I mean is not all cryptocurrency can exceed 100% in just a couple months. Some takes years to pump their price because they don't even develop their project to it's fullest version. And you should think that every investment site take years for ROI neither you like it or not.

Don't hate your life. Plenty to do while waiting like having panani and doing bounty hunting. I also bought on all time high and it is down right now. No problem, will play with other things and invest on others. Pussy if you hate your life because of bad crypto investments.

I did it to, bought some altcoin when it is on all time high. but since I believe that this still has a future & so many coummunity in there I dont want to cut loose and sell it, just wait and keep hold until it increasing again.

Who else bought on ATH? 

Have a look at graphs of coins like Stratis, Wetrust, Waves, Nem (almost all coins). Prices of all coins went up on June/July 2017. Again it went up on Dec 2017/ Jan 2018.
So better to wait.
I am sure, all coins will pump again. Don't sell anything for loss.

There will be new ATHs coming up this year, so just hold and don't panic. The time will come when we will look back on the December/early Jan highs and think - I can't believe that coins used to be that cheap!

I hate my self when i bought at all time high bitcoin at 2013 and thats my first bitcoin i buy. But i hold it patiencly untill last year when it reach $18k and i dont hate my self anymore. Do you know what i mean here ? Patience is the key in all investment especially crypto. You cant get rich in one week. Hold your crypto untill 2021 and dont go all in for investment. Only use money you can afford to lose
