I don't think that if you have been scammed then there is a chance to recover your funds because that is not possible since the scammers are smart and they know how to exit from that scam. The only thing that you can do after you have got scammed is you should take it as a lesson and don't easily trust anyone in your environment to manage your money.

Just move on if you are scammed or try to report if your investments can be recoverable. But if not you should see this as a lesson and experience where not everything here is easy. Just be careful next time and dont stop learning and asking about here so that you can minimize your risk of being scammed again. I have been scammed over 3 times now and I moved on with my life.

So everything is in the title.
What can you do when you have been scammed ? what are your possibilities to recover your funds, I mean here in the community, excepting going and report to the police.

To be honest I think we all have been experience this and i just do what ever it takes , at first yes i report from the authority to have a concern and what will be the action something like that , but one thing i learn at the end of the day its our fault by trusting too much , and at the end of the day it's a lesson for us , to not gave all , be wise and be careful and awareness, think and most of all presence.

If we will get into trust with any person in just small time than surely in that case we will get scammed and also it should be known thing in the field of the cryptocurrency where we face many types of the scams because we always goes with simple ways to make money . Here my main focus was after scam with the buy of bitcoin about 3 years ago was to not to believe anyone and also work with better understanding instead of again work in the same way .
And also getting better knowledge of the market in current time with perfect prediction of the new new projects and perfect coins to make long term investment as a trading .

it is very difficult to be able to return your money on the internet, especially in the cryptocurrency community which basically uses the transaction system anonymously. I've had a case of scam in the form of a hyip investment (High Yield Investment Program) and a ponzi scheme. and what I did was to give up my money lost, because I had realized from the beginning when following the two forms of investment, it always ends up with scam. and the risk I have taken.

If you have a proof that you've been scam and you know their place or person behind it, you can report them immediately don't hesitate because if you have a strong proof that you've held. In my country bitcoins will be their asset to earn or investment but some other people are greedy about money, scam are calling it a "PONZI" I don't really know about that meaning but they called that word of being scam. In here our forum, there is a reporting thread about scam projects you can report it and have some proof, also who is the bounty manager or held that project. So that he can learn that scam or ponzi is bad reputation in this forum.

I don't imagine that on the off chance that you have been defrauded then there is an opportunity to recuperate your assets since that isn't conceivable since the con artists are brilliant and they know how to exit from that trick. The main thing that you can do after you have defrauded is you should take it as a lesson and don't effortlessly put stock in anybody in your condition to deal with your cash.

Hmm., to take up a scam issue especially on internet is not that easy, as one has to be very sure you got the scammers well. And for one to locate such person it requires real dedication of time. On rear occasion do people get them. The best is to avoid being susceptible to their effect.

There is little to none you can do after being scammed. I can't imagine all my hard work go to waste. I didn't even enjoy my fruits of labor now because its gone. You can try reporting it to the authorities but lets face it that won't actually help you at all. The best thing is to think of it as a lesson and learn from the bad experience.

I stumbled into a few crypto scams, so I learned my lesson to be a lot more skeptical in the crypto world. Also, on an unrelated note, I got a personal email from a Nigerian prince who needs me to forward some money for him, so I should have a lot more money to invest in crypto soon.

At first, it is very annoying and frustrated coz all of a sudden I lost my hard earned income. It taught me to be more careful and wise. Move on and used the said experience as a teacher in our journey in this world.Scammers are just around looking for their chances to do their illegal activity.Be more watchful.

I don't think police can help that problem, bitcoin scammers is untraceable and if your scam you can't do anything so your just investing for nothing. The best thing you can do is not to invest online bitcoin mining because most of it is scam, it's only good in the beginning and in the end it will just banished like a bubble.

Nothing, clearly you are in a bitcoin error and you cannot expect something to happen against the rules you cannot track someone who is planning to be anonymous Internet work all you can do is wait for him to make a wrong move and then you will get some chance that's how governments and secret Agencies work. But for you all you can do is cry for your money so it's better to be secured then using your money to take all the security you can before it's too late.

If I don't have any legal leverage on the scammer, then I won't be able to do anything, unfortunately

If i will become scammed for a certain ICO or investing sites then i think we have nothing we can do about it but to accept the faith and move on but learn the lessons so that it will be avoided in your next investing. We should move on and make peace of this losses so that it will not disturb our future because who knows? we will become very lucky the next time we invest.

You should report it because if you don't do something, the criminals will just keep doing the same thing over and over again to other victims. There are organizations out there that want to help you. The one is the ICCC or the Internet Crime Complaint Center that you can report the online extortion, identity theft, hacking, Economic Espionage and other major cyber crimes.
