They don't want you to use their platform, what's the problem, mate?

Why do you keep signing up onto it with alternate accounts if you are not wanted there? Is it the only gambling platform available?
I think they have a right to terminate their service with you as per the terms of service and you should respect their decision too.
However, at least the casino management must provide reasons or clarity for the problem. Every casino site must be able to properly solve the problems experienced by its users.
However, this can affect the reputation of a casino, so that there is no gambler who is disappointed with casino decisions without definite clarity so that gamblers can act as they please because it can damage good reputation and make other gamblers distrust the casino site.
I think also giving a reason or clarity is not a difficult thing for casino managers.

Before even naming Bustabit reputation, one of the most solid on the whole crypto gambling sector,  you should at least read properly last page of this thread where Devans (aka casino management) wrote  for yet another time the widely explained to that user the reasons why he cannot use bustabit anymore and also added he is not going to repeat them for a couple of solid reasons in the bolded part below , therefore acting in a very professional way
At least the casino management can provide a direct and precise explanation so that users who experience these problems can immediately understand what has happened and they don't feel disappointed or their complaints are not given a good response by casino management.
If this happens to you and there are a number of assets in the casino's wallet, but after you file a complaint the casino management says they will provide more responses and reasons at a later time without any immediate resolution, then what are your actions and what are you going to do ?.
Are you just going to continue to be patient to wait for a settlement and response given by the casino manager at another time which is not clear when.

It is not the case. I don't think you had followed the whole story here, there are no assets freezed  in players balance : he cannot just use their site anymore , he can ( and guess he did) withdraw his remaining balance there if there is any.

You may not bet or chat on bustabit or bustadice because it is clear to me that you have a gambling problem. Based on your posts in this forum alone I am confident any reasonable person would agree with that assessment, not to mention your behavior via chat and email. I think this just about sums up the matter as far as Bustabit is concerned. Their ToS allow them to terminate accounts and though Perplex0 has a right to feel aggrieved about it (on the basis they feel they did nothing wrong), it does not mean they challenge the decision. By all means they can ask why and try to have the decision reversed but since they did not receive a reply that satisfied them they should move on.

My advice to Perplex0 would be to put their energy and efforts in to something different. First of all, there are several Bustabit type of crash websites, maybe he should try playing there or basically if he is that determined he can use a new email address and IP address to access Bustabit after creating a new account.

Well you say he hasn't followed the story but you're the one who's statement is completely false. There are locked funds in multiple accounts and to be honest I don't know why you've decided to lie about this on your own accord. You're quoting a comment made by daniel from over a year ago. If you pick anything up from the TOS that I missed that suggests otherwise, let me know in response.

On a serious note. I don't have any experience with this platform. However, based on the verdict of my friend who previously was a member of this platform, the user experience is below the belt. I wasn't lying but just pointing out to the user Klidex what Daniel was stating just 3 days ago : I just quoted a post that Daniel himself re-proposed just a few days ago so it is quite clear he is still on the same stance.

That's not very apparent when you say "there are no assets freezed  in players balance : he cannot just use their site anymore , he can ( and guess he did) withdraw his remaining balance" To Kildex. Which is, completely untrue. Every part of it

For something to be "objectively false" it can't involve any sort of opinion.  In Devans view, you are a problem gambler.  That's not objective, it's subjective.  Obviously you can disagree with his definition of problem gambler (which could easily be different than yours) or that you fit his definition, but that doesn't make it objectively false.  You simply disagree with his opinion.  Which is fine.  But it's his site, not yours.  So it doesn't really matter if you disagree.

So, unfortunately, the focal point of your post is pointless.

If your friend faced serious issues with the platform, why didn't you encourage him to create a scam accusation in this forum?
The platform has a reputable owner who is so responsive here, I believe if the negative reviews we see carried some weight, maybe he would have negative tags by now like it is the case with 1xbit, but his reputation seems pretty clean.

Also, some negative reviews are just malicious until they prove that they have been scammed.

I think it would be slightly ignorant to deny my offer of proving I'm not a problem gambler, but read the full message I posted on the link above.

Your incessant insistence on playing here — making tens of accounts, sending emails begging for "mercy", harassing players on the website, and making unfounded scam accusations — only serves to prove that you are indeed a problem gambler. The behaviour you have exhibited in this thread confirms Daniel's suspicions beyond a reasonable doubt. Accept your ban and leave, there are other casinos out there.

Twisting this situation to impugn bustabit's reputation (which happens to be spotless, and I've personally witnessed multi-million dollar withdrawals several times) is ironic, because all you're doing is showing that Daniel cares about the law and/or players' well-being, which is incredibly rare for crypto casino operators. Kudos to him for putting in the time.

Most people in his shoes wouldn't care about protecting you and would happily let you lose the rest of your life savings.

I like gambling. Probably currently trying to figure out how to pay next month's rent.

Just to be clear to the people who will come to this forum and actually and believe what you just said, no. the scam accusation I put on the name of another user was true and I proved it. I never slandered bustabit in form of legitimately calling it a scam telling people to not join because of it. Also, name one player i've "harrased" on the website. Go ahead, I'll wait.

I'm not interested in arguing about it anymore though. Get on discord and finish the deal.
