Come on daniel let me be the one exception I've continued playing for the last 3 years that I've been banned without doing a single one of the actions that caused me to get banned in the first place, I've proven that I'm no longer the retarded child that I was before - where I used to spam and FUD whenever I lost, I've done none of that despite losing all probably 100 times on 100 accounts since the ban. Please give me one chance. It's a bi-lateral beneficial decision, I get to enjoy your site without the anxiety and worry of being caught and having funds locked, you stop getting emails and your BTCF thread spammed. Every single time, the only trouble I cause is when I get banned and funds locked. Whenever I'm just playing, I cause no problems. Don't even type in chat, I just type commands to the DM box of shiba. No FUD when I lose, no spams, no typing in any global chats at all. I just peacefully enjoy the game without bugging anyone else.  hink I'm causing trouble but I don't cause any trouble what-so-ever (not that any of you would have any reason to believe that since you only see the part where I spam requesting to get given a chance every few months).

Have you completely lost self-respect and self-control? I read all of your posts and you seem to be a not problematic gambler but problematic person too. If website owner bans you and doesn't want you to gamble on his website, have some self-respect and move on another website. But no, it's better for you to seriously think about your actions. What you do is a problematic behavior, isn't it? You spam forum, probably his email and cause problems. After many months, you still ask him to let you gamble on his website, doesn't that make you a problematic gambler? From being a problem for bustabit owner, now you are becoming a problem for this forum too.

If you will not be allowed to play at Bustabit why not take the advice of the previous member and simply go to the identical moneypot.com website and play the crash game there? The reasons you gave for trying to get back solely on Bustabit are not justified, you should consider going to a competitor then forget about Bustabit and this thread.

Bustabit has cultivated a very specific type of community over the years its existed which is impossible for other sites to replicate. Half the fun of bustabit is reading the chat.

Also trust factor. I've played on bustabit for years so I know, and can trust it. Ive seen and played a million rounds so I know how it works, and it also has one of the lowest house edges out there.

If Daniel allows me to withdraw the funds hes locked now, instead of 3 months, then I will withdraw them directly to moneypot, a site which perfectly mimics bustabit enough to satisfy my needs and wants, and I'll sign an agreement saying any deposits into bustabit from this point onward are indefinitely forfeit. Hopefully he sees this because its the last time I'm going to try to make an offer.

If he doesn't accept, or doesn't reply today then I'll just go back to plan A, starting tomorrow and onward so I can be confident that he's had enough time to see the post

If the Bustabit owner does not want you to play on his website, you should try any of the clones available. Flooding here will not yield benefit therefore kindly refrain.

I ended up checking just now and yes he has been banned from the forum. I do not know why someone would hound a website owner literally begging to be allowed to play there when he was banned for being a problem gambler. That peaks volumes on part of devans that he did not want to entertain him, not even for money. Maybe he never recovered from his impulses and that was why he kept nagging devans.

I hope he does not create a new account to start flooding this thread.

Don't worry, I won't flood this time. Now I'm going to be serious. I just want answers, why is he reluctant to review the evidence I've offered to show him, a question I've actually been asking since 2021 and he still hasn't answered weirdly enough.

If he doesn't want to answer it then there's nothing I can do about it other than say it's extremely unusual, but otherwise, I just want my money back. That's the bottom line.


As for the amount I deposited and why, it was £600 and the reasoning is because I enjoy his site. He just owns a good site. I don't cause trouble, infact, I didn't type in chat once so I don't even know how he caught me and banned me, I assume he has some sort of automated system that scans banned IP's for new accounts every so often. (Just FYI, I didn't know of moneypot's existence before I made a new account and got banned on BAB, If I did know of it, I would've never deposited on BAB again)

Well is quite unfortunate for the mate to have made such grave mistake of having multiple accounts on same casino,  what most of those newbies don't understand is that it pays a whole lot to always read the terms and conditions of any casino and what action their see as red flag and in this case,  multiple accounts is seen as red flag by many casinos and for the mate to have gone ahead to create a new account after his first account was ban is quite out of necessity considering he risk associated with such action just like In this present case.

There is likely hood that this gambler may never have a refund of the deposits since the casino already stated that rules prohibit multiple accounts,  so he has to face it and move on.
