Before investing in an ICO, I normally read the white-paper along with the ICO reviews. But the problem is that I have invested in them only 2-3 times and right now I don't have any plans to invest in them in the near future (due to a variety of reasons).

I think reading and learning more about whitepapers is important if you want to invest long-term in the project because do not you waste your investment, recognize their coin product whether used for the general public and the future.

 I  recommend  to read the whitepaper.  Because it contains a lot of information about the ICOs that you might put your money in. By reading the white paper, you will understand more about the project

That's a great question but It seems that many projects have a fairly detailed white paper describing the project they are developing, I myself often read the white paper and only the core of the purpose of this established project because if we read the entire contents of the white book of all projects you will get tired soon just going through it

Just kidding! I read everything, because my hard earned money cannot go to scammer, so I do what is within reach to avoid it.

I have never read whitepaper because it is so long and time consuming. Before you invest you have to read the main target of the product and imagine what could be the outcome and most of all see how many partnerships they have because the more partnership the great the ICO is.

I always read the whitepaper to know if the project is real and if it is was legit. So always read whitepaper sometimes the whitepaper is just copy paste from the other project so many people will loose their investment because of this so always take a look on the whitepaper and roadmap of a project.

Well sometimes if it really hits my interest,
For example their platform is connected to gambling and online games then yes and also if they are connected to movies ,
But most of the time I don't really read their whitepaper I would just join their bounty if I think it is a good one.
