The only thing I do not like about crypto is the lack of time, it's not at all, it always goes to crypto, there's no time to read white paper, in an ax rely on reviews of bloggers, ratings of special sites.

I'm reading. Even if it takes a long time. Because you can't explain the specifics of the project. Read the document is necessary. Especially now when there is lot of Scam.

Reading whitepaper is very important part of project analyzing, but it is not needed to read it thoroughly if you cant see any information about the team or observe another scam features. So I always do it but only if I believe the project seems to be successful. Otherwise reading of all whitepapers would be stressful a lot)

yes ofcurs ive read there white paper know there road map!! and how it will work on there ICOs to Launch !! and to see what would i help there !! Ive even read them all!! to know how it will work better!!

It's not just reading the whitepaper but most especially is to understand them if how the project works, what is the vision and mission of the team and how their product differs from their competitors on the market (if there is any). Through reading whitepaper, you can also tell if the project is feasible that even leads you to a discovery if the ICO is a scam or legit.

Whitepaper is the last thing that should attract your attention while picking ICO. Team and social interest is the main criteria

Yes. Of course I read the whitepaper. Its task is to provoke trust and convince that the project is serious and worthy to invest in it.

maybe by reading the vision, mission and read the roadmap will accelerate us in reading the whitepaper because it is impossible everyone will read the contents in the whitepaper until the last page

Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

Whitepaper is very important, the whole information of the project is there. Just summarize your reading and don't read every details from it for you to avoid burden.

I just read what I want to invest. I normally do not read any of them. No one has done this. I am just reading important parts of my investments.

I believe that before investing in a particular project, you should definitely get acquainted with the whitepaper. Otherwise, you are risking your money. It is better to spend some time studying whitepaper than to lose your money.

I bet most of the people actually don't the whitepaper, sometimes I don't too. They might just put "best ICO to invest in 2018"  keyword on google and invest on it.
But I agree with @whirlcoin, if you really want your investment to be worth it then read the whitepaper, it doesn't guarantee the project would be successful if you read it though. But at least you'll be at ease because you put your hard-earned money in a project you learned already. But I believe 'luck' play a part too in here.

true special of it is you not just read the white paper even though that you know how special it is but you also learn for it making analyze everything that may possible to happen or the essence of knowing every single information for the best project that it can be.

If I am going to invest in ICO I usually read the whitepaper.
For bounty campaigns, I am reading whitepapers of projects which signature I am going to wear.

For other bounties like twitter bounty, I am not wasting time to read the whitepaper  Grin

You are truly a diligent person and very thorough in what you choose, I have compliments to you but I want to tell you a few things, the crypto world is full of scams with a variety of forms, scammers are always very professional and have calculations to set the trap for us. And of course, you have fallen into the trap when you have too trusting and read the whitepaper, I did not say you were wrong but the whitepaper is just one of the factors to determine the feasibility of a project, it is not all, we need more factors to choose a place to invest, a campaign to join, myself, sometimes I just skimmed, not even read

Dont think that is waste of time. Your working for bounty program whether read white paper or not, that doesnt make any loss from your side. But if your going invest in any ICO program. You should read whitepaper. If not you might be scammed.

I think it's best to read whitepaper before one jumps into ICO. Personally, I don't read whitepaper all the time; I read them sometimes. I had been reading them pretty well, but there really is no time for me to be going through them like I used to. But, we really have no choice but to read it
