Let's just put that kind of prediction as "good reference" on our future decision.

That prediction is consist of positive thoughts and a very bright vision on what will happened to bitcoin price this year. It will happened or not, no one knows. Take that prediction as good sign that investors really looking forward for more surprises on bitcoin price not just this year but on long term.

"There is no reason why we couldn't see bitcoin pushing $50,000 by December."

This kind of positive thoughts will really boost people's trust on bitcoin especially for newcomers who are not used to experience a heavy dip like happened recently.

Its not really bad to have those kind of motivation but this entire unpredictable market wont really be always a guaranteed to see on what we did expect because of those experts saying but somehow its a good thing that boost up some confidence and make some assumptions that we could able to reach out those levels. After the marketcrash i do somehow anticipated that reversal would happen sooner or later.

this kind of thread worth posting since many negative approaches are running around the forum now created by those trolls that caming from every sides of this community,theres nothing be amazed about if bitcoin reached $50k when from four digits january of 2017 goes five digits at the last quarter of same year.so no doubt in the couple of years bitcoin will hit the price,but not this year.

Well, green mark have seen on the market again but i don’t think that the bull run is about to come yet. Some experts say that it’ll go down 5000-6000 first. After that maybe we can see the real bull run.

It's truth in so far as he said it but in terms of actually happening, who knows.  $50k was the target I saw banded around last year by many, once this low is finished and we start moving upwards I don't see why bitcoin cannot hit $50k this year, I like to think it will.

I too think soo. Its mainly due to soft approach by the SEC against crypto currencies hearing on Feb 6th.But 50k price seems to be a very high prediction.Earlier ATH of 20,000 dollars was reached mainly due to bitcoin futures getting launched and huge speculation going as a result of it.Same situation could not be expected hereafter and even such a huge price rise must not be welcomed as it would attract more speculators towards bitcoin who just want to get rich overnight.

I was thinking of the rocket to fly with bitcoin but suddenly made a u-turn again and fall on price but not that bad.
i think bitcoin is just resting and will continue to fly anytime now. today is the last day to buy bitcoin to maximize your profit in the next months.

I don't see bull market take action anytime soon because we are still in a bearish market for now and it's better to watch the markets and see how can you speculate the prices. Also is a good opportunity to invest in really low altcoins or in good incoming ICO's like Aitheon who is definetly gonna bring a big project in the end.

Agreed, the market has been gaining strength slowly. As in the quote it is expected to take little more time to catch up the market completely. Almost the same growth pattern is happening with the market. Probably this time we can expect the price reach new ath with more user adoption happening in a regulated manner.

Well its nice to hear this news. I will buy some bitcoins and hope i will gain much. But i will wait for that 6500usd mark to buy the bitcoin. People are in the state of panic due to this declining in value. I have what this "bull" is all about, but as what i see its a very nice news. Is this like a "bitcoin whales"? Or they are just two different thing? Well, anyway, just so happy to heard this news, now i have the peace of mind. Will continue to support the bitcoin world. We can't say for sure but this year could really be a good year not just for bitcoin but for cryptocurrency as a whole. And since they are "crypto experts" their words can have weigh on this attempt at pushing the bull run by influencing people who are following their every words. We know for a fact that during the last quarter of 2017 a lot of people jumped on board in hopes of huge profit without fully understanding what they put themselves into. That being said, during these dips many of them have lost faith and interest in btc. This kind of news fron "experts" can lift their hopes up and maybe make them realize the importance of btc.

For me this forecasted values are already being speculated before like no one can stop Bitcoin and even it was estimated to reach by $1M which is a very funny thing but what happen next? Instead the price crashes as low as  $6,000. I believed this guys did invest a lot in bitcoin that they need to attract more attentions in order to gather future investments for Bitcoin. Anyway, this move will help bitcoin price to increase but  the value is just to high to be true.

Yeah that article is quite truth based speculation because we should remember the month in 2016 when bitcoin was only $900-$1000. Ironically it was impossible to predict even $10k for bitcoin at that moment but in a matter of some months, bitcoin reached nearly $20k. Reaching $20k again and then $40-$50k is very possible through 2018

Predictions on the cost of bitcoin - a huge number, and which of them true or not, will show only time. Because, it is not possible to accurately know what the price for a certain currency will be. I would like to believe that the popularity of crypto currency will only increase.

It was three days ago when we had the lowest price of the last three months and we are already talking about a bull run and 50 K.
I appreciate the optimism, but just because we have seen a rise in britcion price now for three days, this does not even mean that the superior down trend has stoped.
Hanging the hopes too early too high will lead back to disappointment and that brings falling charts again.
I would say a few weeks of stagnation could be very healthy for bitcoin.

Well Probably but then these experts were on the crypto scene ever since, so i guess they just bought at around less than 1k USD.  They just wanted to get more from their stash .  Anyway, I believe it will take another month to see Bitcoin become bullish, though the news about China knowing nothing about their announcement were somehow surprising, (read it from the one of the thread of this forum)  they said that their site were hacked and hacker used the site to spread FUD about Bitcoin and now it had been found out.  Oh well, I guess that clears one part of the FUD.  We just need a good release from dev to start the bull run.
