This is the common questions of most or all ICO threads. In a correctly functioning environment like Qurrex project, they won't notify when the exchanges haven't yet confirmed, so don't listen to the exchange rumors. That isn't necessary with Qurrex project, they will satisfy you when the ICO ends.
