Altcoins are very good for trading based on my knowledge because of how diverse the alternative cryptocurrency industry is. There are a lot of altcoins thst you could use for trading ither than tge conventional Ethereum, Ripple, and others. Moreover, it is healthy for the altcoin industry since you are exhibiting pump and dump between altcoins therefore ensuring their survival in the market.

It really depends on how big or small its value is.
I dont like selling my coins when its value is too low.
Of course i want my hard work to be paid off enough.
I am currently holding my coins because of the low price in the market.
I think it will increase after a month.

Usually I got the token from bounty ICO and the payment will send after the ICO finished. And usually I hold that token for a while till the price same as ICO price or higher because usually the price on first exchange is very low behind ICO price.

It depends on the ICO and its potential.  Some are for flipping and some are for holding long term. From my experience its good to sell when it pumps out of the gate, then buy back in once the hype settles down if it is a good project.
