Today i realised i am in huge huge trouble due to gambling...i just kept loosing amount in gambling quickly...decided many times to leave gambling but never happened....today i counted that i have lost almost 10 bitcoins in gambling in last 1-2 years and the amount i loose is going to keep on increasing...
  i just tried to do every thing but nothing is quiet working...what ever i earn i dont know what to do with them and in some time i loose them again...
i am realising i am in big trouble,already in huge loss what to do...

1) You can consult  a doctor for this and he will write medicines related to anxiety. These generally belong to SSRIs.

2) There are therapies where you are made to interact with past gamblers who were able to quit this by determination.

3) Finally, it is important to keep yourself busy. Try to spend more time with family or prick a hobby.

Strongly disagree, quitting gambling after he/she get addicted to gambling it is really though. There are many different person personalities and in my opinion, OP didn't have a strong will and faith to be able to quit gambling by him/herself. Well, the people who have a strong faith to quit gambling and successful to do it is exist but doesn't mean its apply to other peoples.

My suggestion for OP is to open your problem to your society and don't afraid to ask a help to your friend or even to hire psychotherapist. The external; help is greatly helpful.

10 BTC is a quite huge money if you have bought these coins at a current or last year market price.

Discuss with your family members first to help you out and if you think you're still not able to stop gambling by yourself then the best option for you is to consult some professionals to help you out.

If not, you need to pick up another good habit to keep you busy during your free time then you can slowly forget about gambling. If you keep visiting these sites even for few minutes every day you can't come out of it so you must stop visiting these sites completely for some time.

Why are you lying that you try everything? Did you try to not gamble for example?!
You don't know what to do, but you know how to come here and cry?! You are not in trouble due gambling, you are in trouble because of YOU! You can blame gambling or drugs, you can blame whom ever you wish, but problem is in you, sooner you figure that out, sooner you will fix your problem.
You know what you need to do, its stupid to ask something like that. If you don't know what you need to so with your money give them to someone who knows.
And advice to others, don't try to help this poor idiot because nobody can't help him. Some things in life we need to do alone, if he is so stupid to continue to lose money that he doesn't have on gambling that is his decision and his stupidity.

First of all you realized now you are addicted to gambling then it maybe a fist step to quit gambling,you have to concentrate on the pther things which is important for you like career or the family or some other this important for you.If you still can't get out of it then medication help is necessary and it is the final option available to get away from the gambling addiction.

It's clearly only you who can help yourself, but I'll try with some advises:
1. Try to not recover that money from gambling. The chance to fail with that is very big.
2. Keep your Bitcoin in places harder to spend. An idea would be paper wallets in a safe deposit, so you can deposit more any time, but it's an effort to access them for spending.
3. Get out more, use the time to get air, maybe meet new people, find something to do way different from staying online (the farther you are from gambling, you may think twice before spending money you don't really want to)
4. If getting out doesn't work well, find another addiction - reading, computer games, movies - although some sports outside would be much better.

Keep yourself busy, think of other hobbies and find some therapy, if that really a huge amount then maybe your already addicted on it, better find other resourceful activity that will make you busy, and if you really want to come back better set your mindset on having control. Having huge loss comes from being greedy, even many will advise you, it will still up to you to get over it.

Leave any items that will remind you to gamble. If you do online gambling then better to cut your internet connection off. Find another hobby you like. Tbh, me and most of the people here can only give suggestions. It's up to you whether you will follow it or not. Only you can save your life!

what you need is actually simple, you need to quit as fast as you can but in this case, I think you need other people to help you to not even think about gambling only. you need to create another activity with other people that will help you so you don't have to feel that you are alone. losing 10 bitcoins in gambling is a big amount and not just for you and you need to leave the gambling games. try to leave your computer and do other things and I hope you can quit from gambling.

Really bad advice there, it's pretty clear that OP cannot help himself, otherwise he wouldn't be in this mess to begin with.
OP needs professional help, find yourself a good therapist, preferably one who has experience with gambling addiction.

You might say that it's too expensive, but if you have spent 10 BTC in the last 2 years, then you can also afford a therapist.
