Many would have had a dream of owning atleast one bitcoin and just before two months,they would have thought their dream may never come true due to ATH price of bitcoin reaching almost $20,000.But now with the sudden downfall in price,atleast bitcoin had made some of their dreams come true.

While the prices have come down, I want to say that a lot of people are all talk and no play. They say that they'll hop in when the price drops and such, but when the opportunity provides itself, people don't really hop in like they said they would because they're too scared that the price will drop even more.

I'm not saying that's a bad mentality -- no one wants to lose money. However, I think that for the people that are on these forums, believing that there are strong holding points need to understand that there's a strong chance that the resistance point might not be as strong as they think.

I doubt what you are saying is true. People that dreamed of buying a bitcoin because price was too high are not very mindful, and probably are now saying that Bitcoin is dead or whatever...

The main thing is that these people who bought bitcoin for a special discount, do not fall into a panic after falling prices in the market. I know several such cases, when people fell into a huge depression from subsidence simply not knowing what it is.

Maybe some new people got into the space but something I have noticed recently is that mainly smart money is buying the dips, and I know this because I know some dumb money and they were clamoring on and on about how they would buy Bitcoin under 10k. That quickly changed to Bitcoin under 8k, 7k, and you get the point. Dumb money is too scared to buy that dip because they don't know the tech, therefore they are worried it may crash to 0, but they would hardly catch a falling knife in this spot imho.

It has made some people's dreams come true, and those people are the ones who took short positions on Bitcoin futures. They have pocketed massive amounts of money, at the expense of retail investors. Those dreaming about owning 1 bitcoin are a small minority and I doubt if they would have the courage to buy now. They will just wait (indefinitely) for the price to go down further.

No, I don't think so, people are always timid and greedy, when the bitcoin highest price is $20000, they think they donot have enough money to buy COINS, want to purchase, the currency price lower in when COINS now price of $8000, they were continuing to hesitate, they think the bitcoin will continue to fall, they always want to be in low buy COINS, the end result is that they missed the right price, because no one know, the price of the bitcoin back, they were disappointed, feel missed the good opportunity, then continue to wait

I dont believe you can predict tops and bottoms, thats why I buy regularly regardless of price when I have some spare money. The reason why I preffer regular buy when I have some spare money regardless of price is I have no idea what price going to be tommorow or next week.

I think you’re right but I’ve never understood why holding one whole bitcoin is so important to people. Fractions of a whole bitcoin is still owning bitcoin. People don’t seem to have this psychological need to hold one pound of gold, they’re satisfied with owning a few ounces.
