For some reason they are not notifying after the request got rejected (I've made a several requests during the last couple weeks) while on the link that you've provided they say that it supposed to be verified in a short period of time. If the system is trying to compare my face with the face on the ID (which is not a smart move for the automated system) then I've probably found the problem. Gona make a ticket then, hopefully I won't be too old by the time I get a respond.
Hmmm... That's weird because if your verification failed, you have to wait for at least 24 hours to be able to try again.
I actually tried to verify my account yesterday but I messed up some information because of the autofill (forgot to double check it) so I tried to submit another one and this message shows up.
And there's a limit on the number of verification attempts you can do so I won't advice you to submit multiple attempts. I think you should just wait for at least a week and see how things are at the same time you can also contact their support but don't expect to get a response in a short period of time.
Hmm. Once I've been trying to make multiple attempts I've been getting thru this page and getting stopped at the ID verification window. Looks like it worked a bit different for us.
