Sup guys! How long does is usually takes to verify your Poloniex account and how exactly should go the verification process? Sometimes it may take forever to get a respond from support.
On the website everything is pretty clear but I have a feeling that I'm doing something wrong. After entering the verefication section I fill all fiends with necessary information, then taking pics of my ID thru their online tool and thats it. Then I'm getting  a message that I should wait for confirmation. The suspicious thing is that I can proceed verefication again after I enter my account for the next time and I never recieve any kind of e-mail notifications about the status of my confirmation. Am I doing something wrong?

Apparently, they have an automated system to do the verification process and If something is unclear, the verification will fail. Follow the guidelines: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000244879-my-profile-never-gets-verified

Hmmm... That's weird because if your verification failed, you have to wait for at least 24 hours to be able to try again.

I actually tried to verify my account yesterday but I messed up some information because of the autofill (forgot to double check it) so I tried to submit another one and this message shows up.



And there's a limit on the number of verification attempts you can do so I won't advice you to submit multiple attempts. I think you should just wait for at least a week and see how things are at the same time you can also contact their support but don't expect to get a response in a short period of time.

Thanks for the link. For some reason they are not notifying after the request got rejected (I've made a several requests during the last couple weeks) while on the link that you've provided they say that it supposed to be verified in a short period of time. If the system is trying to compare my face with the face on the ID (which is not a smart move for the automated system) then I've probably found the problem.  Gona make a ticket then, hopefully I won't be too old by the time I get a respond.

What do you mean man? So you can't go through at the ID verification after all?

Because I can still enter the asked informations on the profile verification fields but I can't go up to the ID verification since if I clicked the "Begin Verification" button the error message comes up. Since you said you can still submit another attempt despite not waiting for 24 hours, I'm assuming that you can finish the entire verification process including the ID part.

I mean that I'm getting almost the same error as it was on the screenshot but I get it on the ID verification window. I'm sure that their system have some problems with verifying my ID, something fails every time I'm submiting it so invsead of starting verification it always instantly reject my ID withour any notifications (which is annoying) and ask to resend it later. So the only thing I can do is to get some patience and awit for the respond of polo support.
