No, it isn't an ICO, it is a new cryptocurrency. when it is in some exchange.

20% of the tokens will be given in the airdrop

20% of the tokens will be sold in exchanges that will serve for the development

5% will go to the team

20% will go to the reserve

35% will be for future private investor

It sounds good, but I can not find detailed specifications of Octus. How about blocktime, block rewards, difficulty retarget algorithm, block halving, etc. ?
Another important thing is will we have automatic snapshots because with fast transaction speeds, any unexpected technical issues will probably hard to turn back / recover and might hazardously destroy the Octus network and its data.
