Actually its difficult to say what will be happend in next 5 years.. 5 years its a very long term.. There are many coins are in coinmarket cap.. In my opinion Top 10 coins will be -

if you plan to keep the coins for 5 years then I would advise you ETH/litecoin/NEO in my opinion, these are the most promising coins that can bring a very good profit in the coming years. I also stock up on these coins and hope for them

For me I think all crypto coins will last more than five years, but only few will have a good value or will appreciate enough that investors get the chance to earn well from it. My top cryptos are:

Planning for such a long period is simply guessing. In the existing market and for a month ahead it is difficult to plan something. Essentially, my option is this ETH, XRP, NEO, ADA, XLM, XEM, DASH, NANO, LTC, BTC

Mos of them are the very good coin and are already trading with high volumes in the market, up to 6 mos of them has potential doing great and from 7 to 9, I don't have any hope on this coins, even though they are generating huge volumes but cannot able to increase their price.
