It's not right, they need to be active in all department so they can promote their project.
Investing in Paygiene in ICO is good but when there are no exchanges until now, it will only discourage investors from holding this tokens anymore.
I hope they will improve the communication.

I just realized about the paygine project today and there is no clarity about the continuation or the Exchange which is still not available. website can not be accessed. What is Payige Exit Scam? will be a row of failed projects back in 2018-2019 that I have noticed. there are still many projects waiting for me to comment because there are no more updates.
