hi to all,

i knew about the bitcoin before but i now i want to learn more

-all this unlicensed bitcoin gambling business are not against the law because most of the states hasn't regulated the bitcoin yet? if its like that this gambling businesses can`t serve to the people in the united states and germany since they regulated bitcoin?

-when starting up a new bitcoin business, you put your adresses online to a place where everyone can see. so everyone could see the transactions that you do? and from that if you set up a business on gambling or maybe a service business, could people calculate your gross profit or your gross sales?
(i'm asking because if bitcoin regulated in a country and if they want to tax it, will they be able to access all the ingoing and outgoing account information?)

-has any %51 attack happened in last 6 months?  or has it happened any? i appreciated links to find out more on this subject.

-when the mining becomes less profitable and then will the transactions cost money since there will be less machines to approve transactions?(i am not sure if this question makes any sense)

any help will be appreciated

Online gambling in general is pretty fuzzy in the United States right now. I expect Bitcoin-based online gambling is going to be big for quite a while yet, even in countries that generally frown on gambling, due to the technical challenges involved in controlling it.

It's true that anyone, at any time, can look at the balance of any Bitcoin address. There are a number of ways to make it less obvious which balances belong to you. From a business perspective, one of the best solutions is to use a separate address for each transaction. Not only does this obfuscate your books to some extent, it makes it much easier to tell when a particular customer has paid.

Hasn't happened yet, and it's pretty unlikely to ever happen, though there's no guarantee. For more reading, I recommend:

People will continue to pay voluntary fees on some transactions, as they already do. The theory is that increased Bitcoin adoption will continue to make transaction processing profitable even after all BTC have been mined.

You may want to try a different client that doesn't download the entire blockchain. MultiBit (https://multibit.org/) and Electrum (http://electrum.org/) are my favorites. They're both pretty user-friendly. I have a walkthrough for setting up Electrum here: http://www.bit-buddy.com/electrum-setup.html.

If you have any BTC on addresses generated by Bitcoin-Qt, once you've set up another client, you can either send your Bitcoins to a new address generated by your new client, or export your private key(s) from Bitcoin-Qt and import them into the other client.

Thanks for the feedback. The site is built on a template system. I haven't put a lot of time into the color scheme and backgrounds yet, but I definitely plan to when time permits.

I think this will help you in regards to your gambling licensing related questions:
From www.streber.st

Quote

So you want become a millionaire by running an online casino, poker room, sportsbook, or maybe bingo? Maybe you read something about Costa Rica unlicensed zero-tax gambling company.

There are two approaches to this: licensed or unlicensed.

Having a license in a reputable gambling jurisdiction comes with a wide range of advantages, such as being able to market with few restrictions, easier to get payment providers onboard, reliability in the eyes of customers, and accountability. Below are the main reputable online gambling jurisdictions:

    Alderney (UK)
    Antigua and Barbuda
    Curaçao
    Gibraltar (UK)
    Guernsey (UK)
    Kahnawakee (Canada)
    Macao (China)
    Malta
    United Kingdom

Getting a license within the European Union requires quite large capital and licensees are subject to yearly audits and other things which is likely to be out of scope to the readers of this post. Asian gambling licenses are slightly more permissive.

This leaves us with Caribbean gambling license jurisdictions. These are far more easy-going. A license in Curaçao only costs around US$ 10,000 per year, depending on a number of factors. Taxation is low, varying at around just a few percent. Antigua and Barbuda is more or less on the same line.
Costa Rica and Online Gambling

Roulette tableCosta Rica has clearly defined laws for offline gambling (brick and mortar casinos and betting shops), but it has a complete absence of laws that regulate online gambling. Costa Rica is not unique in this regard. Many former Soviet countries lack or have very vague laws about online gambling. However, Costa Rica has embraced this and has no intentions of changing its legislation.

In short, there is no such thing as a Costa Rica gambling license. If anyone is selling you that, you are being conned. Any company in Costa Rica can offer online gambling services. These companies usually block Costa Rica IP addresses, as they would otherwise have to pay tax on income from Costa Rica residents.
Online Gambling in the Seychelles

The Seychelles has formulated a very interesting form of company called CSL: Company with Special License. These companies can undertake any activity which the ministry of finance accepts, including gambling. These companies are not as anonymous as IBCs and pay a nominal tax rate of 1.5%, but can be used for gambling.

Audits are required but are generally very lax. For better or worse, the Seychelles is desperate for any income.
Online Gambling in Cagaya (Philippines)

On the northern end of the Philippines lies the Cagayan Special Economic Zone, which is a semi-autonomous region where gambling is legal and online gambling licenses are being issues. This is believed to be contrary to Philippine law, but very little real action has been taken.

Several Asian-facing casinos are licensed here and the licensing process is both quite simple and cheap.
