Most people will look at the activity and will find out that it was dormant for 3 years... I'm pretty sure they can deduct that it's a scammer...

yup, or a hacked account.

He is not insulting anyone. He just says that with a low activity, an old account is not really useful because everyone will see that it was inactive.

Now that registration is down I understand if people haven't already got accounts and want to purchase them. But, then you would only need to be patient. It's easy to get these number of posts.

Also, you won' have a suspicious looking account if you just create your own. Old accounts with no posts looks really bad.

It wouldn't be much of a problem if there wasn't so many scammers buying these accounts. It's scammers heaven. The OP says he doesn't encourage it. But as soon as he hands over that account he is no longer in control so it's kind of pointless to put that question in the FAQ.

Yes you should try to post a little bit more message in order to ask for a better price. Because 15 activity is not really interesting I guess

But then, is it a good thing to do?

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

Because registration is disabled and there is limitations imposed on newbies like the 360 second posts limit and 5 messages per hour limit. If a newbie or a newcomer wants to join the forum there are very little option available for him other than buying accounts.

Well this is pretty pointless then, such activity is reached easily.

Nope, Registration is disabled and the 360 seconds limit almost all newbies does not like this.

So you want someone to pay 17$ to remove a limit that you can get removed in a hour or two?
Dafaq.
Well if your income/hour > 17$ then yes u want to do it.
But I still hold my opinion that forum shouldn't allow this.

I only giving the members an alternative. 17$ maybe big to you but this amount is worth a penny to others. My customers don't want to wait its not worth their time while you want to raise your post count for a big sig pay.
