I confirm I still own the bitcoin, however, I already told him I have already sent out the bitcoin, but there's a delay in the online wallet I'm using, due to Chinese New Year, and they are not fixing it because they're on holiday, with proof attached.
Besides, the only reason I owned his bitcoin is because he sent me a PayPal payment, and it was put on hold immediately, due to "suspicious activity". That's why he agreed to send me BTC at first place. So I wonder who should we be careful of?

Can buy 100 1080 Ti, If you use forum escrow. We can even start with small order like 12 GPU. But without forum escrow, I won't even send payment for 1 card.
I can arrange letter of credit from banks too, if you want to go through that.
