Are there set of instructions to follow to launch a new bounty campaign? Who can and who cannot? What is most successful form of bounty people like?

I think you should ask for a bounty manager on the forums, there are a lot of them. They can ask your questions definitely.

you have to research for the prize and you have to make use of the experienced interpretations that you earn for avoiding fraud.you have to be very careful there are a lot of cheaters

Launching a twitter isnt so simple and easy, you need to be updated with participants all of the time and check if they are really following the work.

The simplest would be telegram campaign. You just have to give them an instruction thats so very basic by directing them to a channel.

yes ... it might have been easy, and not now.
all participants must now make a report then after the token is distributed the token takes a long time to be registered in the market.
