For Bisq we need to wait they releasing their new app.

If you found any problems with them just join their Discord server, they are pretty fast giving you support there. For message you can copy the message and do a google translate. At first it hard indeed but after you figure it out they are solid exchange.

First I am not manipulated the trading there, I buy a few RTO but not sell it, pretty cheap between 200-300 sat.

Yes we hope so either. Current arto core is pretty stable, run smoothly so far. Almost reaching 50K blocks height without single glitch. The miner or HODL also never facing any problems eg. with the GUI wallet.
