No as we are the platform but we plan on developing our own solution in the near future. |

We currently have our wearables platform fully developed and a test run using IOTA's infrastructure. Our current development efforts are focused on implementing a multiplicity of protocols. |

Tokens will be distributed as soon as June, but depends on SEC regulations. If deemed a security, would be one year from issuance of the SAFT. However, we have full confidence that our token is a utility token. |
