 I think it all depends in general growth of Bitcoin, if bitcoin grows then almost every other altcoin will grow.  A growth in Bitcoin clearly increases almost every other Altcoin

Obviously eth, neo, waves, prl and the rest potential coin in crypto. There are more potential coin such as the top 200 in the market or the new coins to come. The grow is approaching the market. Bitcoin rise, majority of altcoins will rise too. I can't name some of the coins cause I'm not so  sure.

I bet for Qtum, stellar (XLM), lisk (LSK), and also Neo. Yes, I think this all coin are legit, and I found out the market of this token has been a little slow recently. However, the developer continuously developing the solid fundamentals of this tokens.

Most of the altcoins here are start up, so that means we need to wait for the right time for it to progress and people will see that it's worth for investment.

Altcoin which I think will continue to grow in 2018 this is Ethereum Coins, NEO, Ripple, Tron, and Litecoin. These five coins I think are the best Altcoin than any other Altcoin. I am sure that by the end of this year the five coin prices I mentioned will be the choice of many investors and the price will peak. I can not wait until the end of 2018.

Maybe they will grow but growth depends on good project. I’m currently excited about SciDex. Their project seems important for the science development.
