I took part in the Legolas ICO, I think they can deliver an awesome exchange. They are a hybrid of central and decentralization, interesting whitepaper read. I recommend people check it out.
This
Hybrid exchanges will dominate crypto in the future.

Currently I don't think there are single good decentralized exchange. Etherdelta went to zero volume. In IDEX you can't trade only by smartcontract address.

I really hope that players like Bitfinex and their plans for decentralized EOS based exchange will change this.

It's already a really fragmented space. I hope we can find a consensus somewhat soon, because at the moment none of them has noticeable volume.
Well, EtherDelta and IDEX are kind of established, but they're only for ERC20-tokens.

Idex is getting bigger volumes now also etherdelta is struggling at the moment, i hope better decentralized exchanges with user friendly interface will soon launch and make trading better and safer for us.
