They planned to have a pre sale and crowdsale at the beginning but due to oversubscribed private sale they decided not to proceed with public sale.. All the 40m+ raise was in private sale. The only hope for you to be able to acquire token is from the exchanges..

I am looking forward for this project, in my experience these predictive markets have not fulfilled their promises in the past, hope this is not a project like stox which came out with huge numbers but failed to fulfill the promise and i am in heavy loss, i am not sure about the algorithm you are going to use to predict these things, but it looks like you are a huge data bank which monitors everything, to have these kind of prediction.
