Scribbles_MCAMK Acted without a permission. I changed password to this account, he had, but no longer has access to this account.

So the dev caught something bad happening before the damage was done, managed to stop it, and the culprits account has been blocked.  Bad things are always going to happen, it is how a business deals with those events that makes or breaks the business.  Sounds to me like everything went pretty well here.
