Episode 38, which I took out of marcotheminer's hands at his request (read a few posts above), is complete! I have to be honest - this was the dullest thing to transcribe in the world.  I've actually quite enjoyed doing the other ones, but I don't feel like I learned anything from this episode, and it just seemed to last forever. It was especially annoying to transcribe because Josh Rossi can't seem complete a sentence without segueing into YET ANOTHER completely unrelated topic!

Things changed a lot. He did 10 transcripts very quickly when no one else would work on it.
His "new" reservation is in fact an old one where he just asked for more time.
I'm just trying to be fair, but it's really difficult.

Yeah, I appreciate the difficulty of being fair - it seems like it's caused you a few problems so far!

Personally, though, I wouldn't consider it wrong to give someone 5 episodes when the precedent has already been set at 10, even if that was set a while ago. As long as the work gets done, why not?

I'm considering this thread a long-term thing, as long as there's a bounty - I'll be asking to transcribe new episodes once the backlog is finished (which seems like it'll be sooner rather than later). I ask you to reconsider putting a cap on how many episodes one person can transcribe.
