Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC

If you have a bank account in EU and Hong Kong it should be doable. Just split your funds so you can buy up coins in EU right after you sold in China. If you have to wait for wire transfers etc, any swing end price could wipe out your profits

Yeah, exactly.  I'd love to take advantage of the arbitrage opportunities that appear to be available through the different exchanges, but there is pretty significant barrier to entry in the difficulty of quickly funding certain exchanges and being able to withdraw fiat from others.  That said, you could really take advantage of arbitrage opportunities by purchasing on an exchange and then selling on localbitcoins.

1'st rule of trading; sell for more than you paid + fees every time. A doubling of your money can take 6 trades in one minute or 3 months, that depends on the market being wild enough while you look at the ticker.

Trading is not hard, just take luck out of your calculations meaning don't trade on what you think will happen, BUT ON WHAT HAPPEND! Very important that last point, then you wont ever loose money on a trade.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it already but the best way to increase your BTC is through ALT coins... there are so many alts that jump 100-1000% every week.

coinedup, mintpal, and cryptsy has cheap alts.

The best ones to find are the ones that are around 1-4 satoshi, and do your research to see if the devs are good and if they have any kind of potential... those make the best profits.

MEOW went from 1 satoshi to 100+, now it's back down around 50 but it's still a good buy imo

The best way i have turned 2 btc into over 4 btc was to buy ltc when the ltc/btc ratio is the lowest, and then just sit on it.
