So i originally placed my order back on feb 2013 via paypal but using my CC. after months and months of 'sorry guys next month' i got tired of it and called my CC company to request a refund for non delivered product. this was about 3 weeks ago today. CC company had no problem reversing the charge, and did so right away. they also said they would deal with paypal.

Well 2 days ago i received an email from paypal indicating they had talked with my CC company and are in the process of reversing the payment with BFL. just for giggles i logged into my BFL account to see if they had canceled my order yet. it was still in processing.

today, i cant help but lol here. today i get an email from BFL 'Your order has been shipped!'..... really? last i checked BFL_jody's blog said "Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Aug 26, 2012 pay date "

how does my order from feb 2013 get filled when they were last still on aug 2012 orders? are they trying to get out of returning the money to paypal and then me?

What exactly should i do with the single once i receive it? should i even inform them of the issue? someone suggested i keep it boxed for a bit and see what happens... any of you have any real suggestions other then mine with it and take my chances..

-manners

If you want a refund don't sign for it.  If you want the miner sign for it.

thats the plan of attack at this point for sure.

I guess PayPal asked BFL to show tracking info or they will do chargeback. BFL had decision eighter to send the single SC immediately or loose one order  Smiley

So!, Can we finally BAN BFL FROM THESE FORUMS!?
There's been a poll, 70+% of users feel that they are a scam, that they are a fraud, that they exploited people, that they conned people via false advertising!...
When will someone deal with them!

Honestly, it's BFL. Nothing surprises me anymore. They're the epitome of sleaze.

I'm not sure whether we can actually ban BFL themselves as although the admin does have the possibility of banning their accounts and IP blocking them it won't really do much to a determined user. Anyways, they'll get their fair share once this whole thing plays out, for some reason there are still some people holding on to false hope.

FAAAAAAACK no. That is just them getting 1/10,000th of the bad karma they have coming. Mine away brethren and don't worry about their losses. They didn't/don't care about yours or the 1,000s of others they screwed up the poopshute.
