The purpose of CCA token creation is to attract funding to the Composite Cylinders Advanced project and launch the serial production of LPG and CNG cylinders made of composite materials.

Having collected the necessary amount of funds after the completion of the ICO-campaign of the project we plan:
* to rent production facilities in the Czech Republic;
· to produce engineering;
* to allocate funds to manufacture equipment that meets our requirements;
* - to carry out delivery and commissioning of the equipment;

I'm totally agreed with your opinion bro, even though our government are very tight of protecting us from fire calamities. However, we can't avoid this kind of chaos if low quality and unsafe LPG cylinders still used widely in urban cities.

How will CCA tokens be repurchased after  Composite Cylinders Advanced project?

For ease of implementation of this stage we have developed a simple and clear scheme of redemption of CCA tokens:
1.  The funds sent by Composite Cylinders Advanced will be converted to ETH on the cryptocurrency exchange at the current exchange rate – we use this currency because it acts as the main currency on the Ethereum network, on which the smart contracts of our project operate.
2.  All ETH received after conversion will be sent to the smart contract for the redemption of CCA tokens.
3.  A smart contract can also accept CCA tokens for exchange to other cryptocurrencies. If the CCA token holder changes his mind at some point to make a deal, he / she will be able to withdraw the tokens from the smart contract before closing the transaction.
4.  After the operation is closed all CCA tokens will be exchanged for ETH and their owners will receive ETH in accordance with their share of CCA tokens sent and not withdrawn from the smart contract.

From a professional standpoint it couldn't even hurt to understand your P&L and so on, but I was referring to what you said in the end, namely that there is the theoretical possibility that you understate revenues. It's simple principal-agent theory that's why I asked whether there will be financial audits. I think it's essential to bridge trust between globally distributed investors and a real business located somewhere in the world.
