The market is really hard to predict now. I think that in 2018 there will be a sharp drop before rebounding to a more impressive figure. My expectation number is about 50k for each bitcoin.

As many have said before me, bitcoin price is impossible to predict accurately. It is be possible for it rise to $30k, but, I think, it is unlikely. Prospects of a fast recovery are dwindling and I feel that there may be a new long cryptowinter ahead. I am cautiosly optimistic in the long term but it is quite possible that we will not see $30k or even $20k this year.

No it won't. It will be lucky if it reaches 15k by the end of the year. I am not feeling positive looking at the drop in prices always below 10k now nearly every day.

Yes, the short-term outlook is certainly not positive. $15k by the end of 2018 now looks more probable than $30k. |

Everything might happen , bitcoin is very unpredictable. Yeah, bitcoin is unpredictable, which is the main reason why we can know nothing and the possibilities of seeing bitcoin get to the level of 30k before the end of the year is actually unimaginable. The thing is that when the time is right, we will all know if it does or not. After all, no one could have thought bitcoin would get a little close to $20k last year, and we cannot keep using the past to judge as anything can change at any moment in time but expecting bull run every year does not seem like something reasonable to me. |

Let us not understimate the power of speculation lol. Im surprised about this speculation, its lower than I thought, because some of the speculators are expecting $50k ATH and so am I this year. Btc's price is unpredictable its true, but speculations can help btc to rise to a new ATH as well for it will attract more investors. So, thats it, my speculation would range from 30k - 50k |

I think Bitcoin being something between $30,000 and $40,000 end this year is quite reasonable. I think Cindicator's crowd wisdom algorithm predicted $38,000 ATH this year. Based on what data? I assume previous price history is the main factor here - and this is the main flaw of automated algorithms, they pay no attention to market sentiments. Bitcoin price is above else shaped by the positive/negative news - some positive info would singlehandedly rise price of Bitcoin to 30k over the course of one week. I bet this algorithm couldn't predict that price of BTC in December 2017 will hit $20k+ |

Why not? We all don't know what will happen in bitcoin in the future but I think bitcoin has a bright future ahead and I also want to be one to those who will gonna have a bright future someday. I hope I can be able to earn more bitcoin now so I can gain more profit in the future someday.

Yes I think bitcoin could hit $30k before this year ends. But it would take a couple of months for bitcoin to reach that amount though. It is currently struggling between the price of around $9k-$11k; going back and forth at that amount. I will try to keep track if its charts though so I'd be able to foresee in my opinion if it is ready to go beyond $12k, because as bad news keeps on emerging the harder it is for bitcoin to break the wall.

Actually my expectation on bitcoin this year ends would be possibly may hit $60k. Were free to have our own predictions but since market is volatile maybe it may reach or not. Bitcoin can really increase this year I am thinking it can happen.

Surely the chances are there it will hit $30K if the bitcoin has the same growth rate as 2017,but the investors need to hold their coins if they want the price to rise and never confuse with the temporary bumps and dumps long term investment will give more profits.

Before the end of the year, there is still enough time, and the growth of bitcoin is unpredictable, so we may well expect the mark of 30 thousand dollars that year.
Yeah, we still have a lot of time and a lot of reasons that could spring bitcoin up fundamentally, but the truth is that right now, it is better to just wait and see. Also, from the look of things presently, we may not get to see much happening in the long run pretty fast. I am still very optimistic though that we should see some interesting year before it runs to an end, but how interesting it is going to get, only time can tell. |

I've been saying this from when I joined this forum that it is almost impossible to predict the price of bitcoin.Yeah,but we guess and sometimes the price satisfy our guesses.
This time I'm also guessing that the price of bitcoin can reach 30k in the end of this year of 2018.The starting of this year was'nt good for the price of bitcoin .But from the end of the month of February, the price started rising and falling a bit at the same time.If the rising of price continues, it is possible to reach 30k in the end of this year.
There is a huge chance for bitcoins to really reach 30k dollar since the last year price has bearly reached 20k, if the market will have a hype again just like what happened in last december then it was really possible for bitcoins to reach 30k dollar in just a month. Yes, the chance to reach 30 thousand always remains, but how big is it? Some people are not ready to risk again with their money after the fall of BTC in January. |

Everything might happen , bitcoin is very unpredictable. If we want to start judging with every year, then bitcoin should reach $1m in no time. However, it is clearly absurd that we cannot expect everything to just keep repeating itself year in year out. We may reach the previous ATH before the year ends, and we may pass it a little bit, but I would rather conserve my thoughts and let the market do its thing than making baseless speculation since no one can actually tell what happens next in the market. |

At the beginning of 2018 I though this was very very possible but now if I have to be hones I doubt it  Bitcoin always rises around Christmas so I guess we'll find out. |

It is really hard to make conclusions especiall at this moment whereas its market value is continuously falling. The market is observable to be really volatile. Surely itd market value will recover and increase eventually but when it comes on its possible market price at the end of this year, no one knows. So just invest now and don't miss the opportunity to earn huge profitt. |
