Jewelry ships from Germany. Estimated delivery time to Nigeria is 8-12 working days according to German Post. This estimate applies to major cities only and I would not rely on it, because you'll never know what customs are doing... (recently had a shipment to North America delayed by more than a month - it did finally arrive though).

Unfortunately there are no reliable tracking options to Nigeria, so prepayment will be required and you'll have to bear the risk of shipping.

Unfortunately I don't know exactly. Based from the appearance and the lack of corrosion I assume the surface has a gold plating, so it should be safe to wear (these are not cheap items). But I can't guarantee it.
