I am one of many who seems to have chronic pain. I refuse to take painkillers because of what they can do to my body.
I am basically stuck using ice and heat. I don't have a bathtub so I don't have the option to use things like Epsom salt.
My pain is in my lower back, shoulders, and neck.

What do you do to handle pain?

You can try drinking herbs or go to a massage parlor. I think you should act quickly before your illness worsens

The pain would suddenly subside depending on to how extent the pain was created. The pain itself is the antonyms of heavenly like feelings or the destruction of the natural living. Pain could handle with little tips and searchable through search engines on how to take care the body. Small pains dubside with a safety precautions while higher pain subside through major operations.

What do you do to handle pain?
I think you should always massage the area. You should go to the place of pain by pressing the acupuncture points. And you should take medicine to reduce the headache faster. Wish you sick soon.

Don't think of the pain as a bad thing. Just think of it as a different sensation. You don't need to hate pain..

What do you do to handle pain?

It depends on the pain that I have at that moment. If it is bearable I try not to think about. I read. Surf the internet. Play video games. Do activities that will keep my mind off of it. But if it is unbearable I shout, I cry, I break things(that are not that expensive) I let it all out.

Do you sit around all day or don't move much? You should look into exercise if your back/neck/shoulders are giving you trouble. And you shouldn't wait with that either, since it gets progressively worse over time.
