Move to the Florida painhandle.

I would recommend you to indulge in some physical activity. However, you should consult a doctor. There might be an underlying cause of it, maybe a bad sleeping  or sitting posture.

I usually have chronic waist pain when I over work or stand for a long period of time. Am not the type that likes drug cos I hardly take them. What I normally do is to have a very hot water bath, drink very hot tea or coffee and den lay down to rest and I notice I always feel better, even if it's not 100% but at least 80% OK is good enough

Chronic pain doesn't happen without a reason.  You need to find the etiology of the disease, a medical examination will help you find it.  It may be myalgia or some other pathology.  Perhaps you should go in for medical and physical culture or take courses of physiotherapy, sanatorium treatment.  There are many options

Normally I don't really have any specific way I handle pain, but depending on how deep the pain is, I cry my eyes out, listen to music, watch televisions and eat a lot. My friends have come to notice that when I start adding weight, it means that in pians

I love to stay very clear of what normally causes me pain but as you know it's unavoidable in life. My best way to handle it is to hnag out with friends, I avoid staying alone throughout that painful period and I make my games my best friends

With the pain outside I focused on my breathing then put all my thoughts into that pain point, it seems that the initial pain has subsided. and once had a stomach ache from the inside I was exhausted with it. I also rarely use pain relievers or anything like that. That's what I went through!

Well, First of all, go to the hospital. Do some quick tests. Find out what it causes. Follow the doctor's advice and try to work out to be fit all the time.

go to the health clinic to diagnose the disease. after knowing the illness. I prefer herbal medicine. because there will be no long-term side effects on the body.

Continuous use of pharmacy drugs can harm the body in the long term.

Different individuals have different thresholds for handling pain. As much as pain killers work in subsiding pain, it also have its side effects on human health as well. I have tried exercise and it really helps in alleviating the pain. Natural fruits and nuts, drinking enough water, adequate rest and choosing the right kind of diet help as well. Just getting to study one's body system is one of the most important step to be taken.

Take a deep breath, go to the gym, take night walks, try calming yourself down and be positive everything is going to be fine.  Wink

My pain is in my lower back, shoulders, and neck.

What do you do to handle pain?

You could try natural remedies that can reduce inflammation but if your pain is in the areas you specified then you need to keep moving. It might be the worst thing you can think of right now but you can not allow your joints to seize up through inactivity.

Do some light stretching & if you can face it a short walk could help. Seeing a chiropractor could be an option, as could using heat gels to massage into the affected areas.

Pain, no matter the type is not what I would wish for my worst enemy. I mean not fully understand the degree to which you feel this pain, but I've read storage of people who suffer from chronic pain. I to myself have experienced some sort of acute pain which usually goes away after a couple of days. Right now, I can only speak about the acute pain I have felt in the past and what I did to ease the pain.

Sometime in the past I used to have terrible headaches. I didn't know why but after some introspection I came to the conclusion that it was as a result of lifestyle changes. For example, I stayed too long at my computer screen, I barely got up to 5 hours of rest, I was drinking so much alcohol and less water and a whole lot of other things I didn't take fruit I ate more of junks. To ease the pain, I scheduled a regular time for going to bed, I've started taking more fruit instead of alcohol, I bought a blue screen for my laptop and tried to spend less time staring at the computer screen. I mean I only used it if I wanted to do an important work. Within a couple of days, the headache subsided, and I felt better.

Warm compresses and massage can relieve pain. My stomach pain is also a continuous attack. I can't take my medicine for other reasons. I warm up my stomach and it has a relief too.
